By using the CleanHive platform (the "Platform"), you consent to the practices described in this Policy.

From Clients (property owners, managers, and Airbnb hosts):

2. How we collect personal information
We collect personal information directly from you when you register an account, submit a cleaning request, register as a Provider, or communicate with us. We may also collect information through form submissions from our Wix landing page, and from third-party services such as ABN Lookup and Australia Post address verification.

We use and disclose your personal information to:

We store personal information on secure cloud-based servers located in Australia or approved jurisdictions. We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Retention of personal information
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, to comply with our legal obligations, and to resolve disputes. Records of completed transactions may be retained for seven (7) years for tax and accounting purposes.

We do not routinely disclose personal information to overseas recipients. If we are required to do so, we will take reasonable steps to ensure the recipient complies with the APPs.

The Platform is not intended for use by individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
