These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the CleanHive platform ("Platform"), operated by CleanHive Pty Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"), an Australian company. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. Definitions
"Client" means a property owner, manager, or Airbnb host who submits a cleaning request.
"Provider" means an independent cleaning service provider registered on the Platform.
"Bid" means a quote submitted by a Provider in response to a Client's cleaning request.
"Service Fee" means the fee charged by CleanHive for facilitating the introduction and transaction.
3. Nature of the Platform

4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, including the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)):
CleanHive is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or claim arising from or in connection with services provided by a Provider.
We do not warrant the quality, safety, legality, or suitability of any cleaning services.
We are not responsible for disputes between Clients and Providers, including disputes about quality, property damage, theft, or failure to perform.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of your use of the Platform is limited to the Service Fees paid by you to CleanHive in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy implied by the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Clients agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information when submitting requests.
Ensure safe access to the property at the agreed time.
Pay agreed fees promptly.
Conduct their own due diligence on any Provider before engaging services.
Not misuse the Platform or engage in fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive conduct.
7. Service Fees & Finder's Fee
CleanHive charges a Service Fee to both Clients and Providers upon successful engagement, disclosed at the time of booking. All fees are in AUD and inclusive of GST where applicable. The Service Fee charged to Providers also constitutes a finder's fee for the introduction of a new Client. Providers must not circumvent the fee structure by soliciting or accepting payment directly from a Client introduced through CleanHive during the Platform Exclusivity Period (Section 13).
8. Bidding and Acceptance
Providers submit Bids in response to Client requests. Clients may accept or decline any Bid at their discretion. CleanHive does not guarantee that any Bid will be accepted or that any Provider will be engaged. All Bids are offers only and do not constitute a binding contract until accepted by the Client.
9. Disputes
We encourage Clients and Providers to resolve disputes directly and in good faith. CleanHive may, at its sole discretion, assist in facilitating communication but is under no obligation to resolve disputes. Unresolved disputes may be referred to the relevant state or territory consumer affairs body or the ACCC.
10. Privacy
We handle your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the APPs. See our Privacy Policy for details.

13. Platform Exclusivity & Sunset Clause
By registering as a Provider and accepting a job from a Client introduced through CleanHive, the Provider agrees to:
Manage all future cleaning bookings with that Client exclusively through the Platform for the Platform Exclusivity Period.
Not offer, solicit, or arrange services with a CleanHive-introduced Client through any other platform or direct arrangement during the Exclusivity Period, unless agreed in writing by CleanHive.
The Platform Exclusivity Period commences on the date the Provider first accepts a booking from a Client introduced through CleanHive and expires twenty-four (24) months after the date of the last completed booking. Upon expiry, the Provider and Client may transact directly, provided all outstanding fees are paid and no breach has occurred. Breach may result in recovery of lost fees, suspension, or permanent removal.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for breach of these Terms or for any conduct we consider harmful to the Platform or its users.
